Application of Interactive Goal Attainment Theory Nursing Combined with Collaborative Care Model in the Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the application effect of interactive goal attainment theory nursing combined with the collaborative care model in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 72 CHD patients admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group(n=36,interactive goal attainment theory nursing combined with collaborative care model)and a control group(n=36,routine nursing)using a random number table. The exercise endurance,CHD health knowledge,self-management ability, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 months of intervention, the 6-minute walk test(6MWT)distance levels in both groups improved, and the 6MWT levels in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the scores of the CHD rehabilitation knowledge questionnaire,CHD self-management scale(CSMS),and Chinese cardiovascular disease quality of life questionnaire(CQQC)in both groups improved, and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the intervention group(97.22%)was higher than that in the control group(72.22%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive goal attainment theory nursing combined with the collaborative care model in the intervention of CHD patients can enhance exercise endurance, improve knowledge mastery and self-management ability, and improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
