Application Value of Four-Handed Operation Mode in Oral Restoration and Its Impact on Dental Aesthetics
Objective To explore the application value of the four-handed operation mode in oral restoration and its impact on dental aesthetics. Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent oral restoration at Changsha Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group(56 affected teeth)received conventional operation methods, while the observation group(58 affected teeth)received the four-handed operation mode. The oral restoration effects of the two groups were compared. The dental aesthetics and patient satisfaction were evaluated before restoration and 3 months after restoration, and the incidence of complications was recorded. Results The effective treatment rate in the observation group(97.92%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After restoration, the color, shape scores, and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The chewing function, comfort scores, and total satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of the four-handed operation mode in oral restoration can improve the aesthetics and satisfaction of oral restoration without increasing the risk of complications.
