维生素D3联合小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨支气管哮喘患儿采用维生素D3 与小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合治疗的效果.方法 选取信阳市平桥区妇幼保健院 2020 年 10 月至 2022 年 10 月收治的 90 例支气管哮喘患儿,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组给予维生素D3 治疗,研究组给予维生素D3 联合小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、肺功能、不良反应.结果 研究组治疗有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(84.44%),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均降低,且研究组积分较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组治疗后最大呼气流速(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、肺活量(VC)均提高,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(6.67%)与对照组(11.11%)比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 支气管哮喘患儿采用维生素D3 与小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善中医证候积分与肺功能,不会增加不良反应,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of vitamin D3 combined with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Pingqiao District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into a study group(n=45)and a control group(n=45)using a random number table method.The control group received vitamin D3 treatment,while the study group received vitamin D3 combined with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules treatment.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,lung function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective treatment rate in the study group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(84.44%),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and vital capacity(VC)in both groups increased,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(6.67%)and the control group(11.11%)(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitamin D3 and Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can improve clinical efficacy,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and improve lung function without increasing adverse reactions.It is worthy of application.
