Differential Diagnostic Value of CA125,HE4,and AMH in Uterine Fibroids
Objective To explore the differential diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen-125(CA125),human epididymis protein 4(HE4),and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)in uterine fibroids. Methods 55 patients with uterine fibroids treated at Sanmenxia Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the uterine fibroid group.55 patients with adenomyosis during the same period were selected as the adenomyosis group, and 60 healthy individuals were selected as the control group. The levels of CA125,HE4,and AMH were compared among the three groups. The relationship between CA125,HE4,and AMH and clinical indicators was analyzed. The sensitivity and specificity of CA125,HE4,and AMH in diagnosing uterine fibroids were analyzed, and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted. Results The serum levels of CA125,HE4,and AMH in the adenomyosis group were higher than those in the uterine fibroid group and the control group, and the levels in the uterine fibroid group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(F=54.937,61.958,38.539,P<0.05).The serum levels of CA125,HE4,and AMH in patients with uterine fibroids were related to the number of miscarriages, number of pregnancies, gynecological diseases, and breast hyperplasia, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)for the combined detection of serum CA125,HE4,and AMH in diagnosing uterine fibroids was higher than that for single-item detection, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA125,HE4,and AMH has a high differential diagnostic value for uterine fibroids and can improve diagnostic accuracy.
