Clinical Diagnostic Value of Multislice Spiral CT Combined with MRI in Diagnosing Cerebral Infarction with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosing cerebral infarction with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty-six patients with suspected cerebral infarction combined with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Huimin Hospital of Puyang from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected. All patients underwent MSCT and MRI examinations after admission, and the images were reviewed by professional radiologists.Clinical observation and comprehensive examination results were used as the gold standard. The accuracy of MSCT,MRI alone, and MSCT combined with MRI in diagnosis was compared to explore the application efficiency and value of MSCT,MRI,and MSCT combined with MRI in the clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction combined with cerebral hemorrhage. Results The gold standard diagnosis results showed 53 cases(61.63%)of cerebral infarction combined with cerebral hemorrhage,21 cases(24.42%)of pure cerebral infarction, and 12 cases(13.95%)of pure cerebral hemorrhage. The Area Under Curve(AUC)for MSCT combined with MRI in diagnosing cerebral infarction combined with cerebral hemorrhage was 0.861,with a sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of 94.34%,90.91%,and 93.02%,respectively.The diagnostic efficiency of MSCT combined with MRI was superior to that of MSCT or MRI alone(P<0.05).The consistency between MSCT combined with MRI and the gold standard was strong(Kappa=0.792,P<0.05).The detection rate of MSCT combined with MRI was higher than that of MSCT or MRI alone(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT combined with MRI can achieve ideal detection results in cerebral infarction combined with cerebral hemorrhage.Compared with MSCT or MRI alone, the combined diagnosis has higher sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy.
