The Application Effect of Nursing Interventions Based on Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Concept in Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Patients
Objective To study the application effects of different nursing interventions in the perioperative period of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods From August 2022 to February 2023,78 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in People's Hospital of Fenghuang County were selected.According to different nursing plans, they were divided into control group(39 cases with routine nursing)and experimental group(39 cases with nursing intervention based on the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery concept). The clinical intervention effects of different nursing plans were compared. Results There was no significant difference in pre-anesthesia cortisol, adrenaline, and heart rate stress indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).During surgery, the stress indicators in the experimental group were lower, with significant differences(P<0.05).The recovery indicators such as first postoperative exhaust and defecation time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was lower than in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was higher than in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery concept in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively reduce cortisol, adrenaline, and heart rate indicators, shorten the recovery time of related clinical indicators and hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
