The Impact of Risk Prevention Nursing Combined with High-Risk Value Reporting System on Nursing Management
Objective To analyze the impact of risk prevention nursing combined with a high-risk value reporting system on nursing risks and nursing quality in nursing management.Methods A total of 80 ICU inpatients treated at Zhengzhou Central Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received risk prevention nursing combined with a high-risk value reporting system.The quality of risk management,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and nursing risks were compared between the two groups.Results The scores for environmental management,infection control,and emergency supplies management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Barthel index of patients in both groups gradually increased at 2,4,and 6 weeks after nursing,and the Barthel index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at the same time points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risks in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prevention nursing combined with a high-risk value reporting system in nursing management can enhance the quality of risk management,improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce nursing risk events,making it worthy of clinical application.
