Comprehensive Observation and Nursing Experience of Treadmill Exercise Test
Objective To explore the nursing measures during the peri-examination period of the treadmill exercise test(TET).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 106 patients who underwent TET at The Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2019 to August 2022.The test conditions of the patients were integrated,and the comprehensive observation and nursing experience were summarized.Results Among the 106 patients,91 had negative test results,and 15 had positive test results.Among the positive results,2 patients experienced severe clinical manifestations of angina pectoris,and 1 patient experienced severe hypertension.After emergency symptomatic treatment according to medical advice,the patients'symptoms gradually alleviated.Conclusion Adequate preparation before the TET,meticulous and patient observation,and nursing during the test can help reduce the risk of the test and ensure the smooth completion of the experiment.
