The Application Effect of Predictive Exercise Nursing Combined with Holistic Nursing in Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension and Its Impact on Pregnancy Outcomes
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive exercise nursing combined with holistic nursing in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods A total of 94 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated at Xuchang Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(routine nursing)and an observation group(predictive nursing combined with holistic nursing),with 47 cases in each group. The blood pressure levels, nutritional indicators, angiogenic factor levels, placental ischemia-hypoxia injury indicators, and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),and hemoglobin(Hb)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor(TGF-β1),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The level of nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF-1α)were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive exercise nursing combined with holistic nursing for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can improve blood pressure levels, angiogenic factor levels, reduce placental damage, and ensure maternal and infant health.
