摘要

目的 观察自闭症儿童予以感觉统合训练和经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合疗法对其认知和情绪的影响研究.方法 临床选择 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月在洛阳市妇幼保健院接诊的 68 例自闭症患儿,掣签法分组,分为对照组(n=34)、实验组(n=34),全部研究对象均予以感觉统合训练干预,实验组予以tDCS疗法,对照组为伪tDCS疗法,两组均治疗 6 周,应用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表(SIS)分析两组儿童的感觉统合状况;应用自闭症发育障碍心理教育量表(C-PEP)分析两组儿童的认知状况;应用孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)分析两组儿童的自闭症情况;分析两组的代表性导联的幅值及潜伏期结果.结果 治疗前,两组SIS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组SIS各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组C-PEP量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组C-PEP量表各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组ABC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组ABC各项评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的代表性导联的幅值、潜伏期脑电信号指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组代表性导联的幅值、潜伏期脑电信号指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对自闭症儿童实施感觉统合训练及tDCS疗法,能够有效改善其感觉统合功能、认知能力,并调节情绪状态,进而提升行为能力.

Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of combined sensory integration training and transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)on cognitive and emotional outcomes in children with autism.Methods A total of 68 children with autism who were treated at Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for the study.They were randomly assigned to two groups:the control group(n=34)and the experimental group(n=34).All participants received sensory integration training.The experimental group received tDCS therapy,while the control group received sham tDCS.Both groups underwent treatment for 6 weeks.The Sensory Integration Skills Assessment Scale(SIS)was used to analyze sensory integration status;the Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)was used to assess cognitive status;and the Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)was used to analyze autism symptoms.The amplitude and latency results of representative leads were also analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in SIS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SIS scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in the CARS scores before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the CARS scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,there were no significant differences in ABC scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);however,after treatment,the ABC scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,there were no significant differences in the amplitude and latency brain electrical signal indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the amplitude and latency indicators in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing sensory integration training and tDCS therapy for children with autism effectively improves sensory integration function,cognitive abilities,and emotional regulation,subsequently enhancing behavioral capacities.
