芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对老年急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者的治疗效果

摘要
目的 探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗对老年急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者心功能与血清学指标的影响.方法 纳入信阳市中心医院 2021 年 4 月至 2023 年 5 月收治的 92 例心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者,采取随机数字分组,各 46 例,其中参照组实施沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,研究组实施芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗.对比两组临床治疗效率、心功能及血清学指标.结果 研究组患者治疗效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组左室舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径指标低于参照组,左室射血分数高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组治疗后血清N末端脑钠肽前体、高敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α指标均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患者 6 min步行距离高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对老年急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者实施芪苈强心胶囊、沙库巴曲缬沙坦两种药物联合治疗,疗效确切,可有效改善心功能及血清学指标.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril/valsartan on cardiac function and serum indicators in elderly patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 92 patients with heart failure following myocardial infarction admitted to Xinyang Central Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were included and randomly divided into two groups of 46 patients each.The control group received treatment with sacubitril/valsartan,while the study group received Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril/valsartan.Clinical treatment efficacy,cardiac function,and serum indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficacy in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The study group had lower left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and end-systolic diameter,and a higher left ventricular ejection fraction compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum levels of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The 6-minute walk distance in the study group was greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combining Qili Qiangxin capsule with sacubitril/valsartan for elderly patients with heart failure following acute myocardial infarction demonstrates significant efficacy and effectively improves cardiac function and serum indicators.
