Application of Refined Hospital Nursing Combined with Group Management Health Education in Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension Syndrome
Objective To explore the application effect of refined hospital nursing combined with group management health education in patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension(PIH).Methods A total of 94 PIH patients admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomized into an intervention group(n=47,refined hospital nursing combined with group management health education)and a control group(n=47,conventional nursing). The two groups were compared in terms of disease knowledge mastery, blood pressure changes, maternal and infant outcomes, and quality of life. Results The excellent rate of disease knowledge mastery in the intervention group(93.62%)was higher than that in the control group(74.47%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention, both groups showed a reduction in diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP),with the intervention group having lower levels than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the intervention group(6.38%)was lower than that in the control group(27.66%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Following the intervention, the scores on the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Short Form(WHOQOL-BREF)increased in both groups, with the intervention group achieving higher scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing combined with group management health education in PIH patients can enhance their understanding of disease-related knowledge, improve blood pressure levels, reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and positively impact quality of life, making it a worthy approach for clinical application.
