Frame adverbs of the Shanxi dialect are mainly made up of degree adverbs.Some of these degree adverbs can be only preposed,some can be only postposed,and others can be both preposed and postposed.The preposing adverbs and the postposing adverbs can form the frame structure.The frame adverbs of the Linui dialect are only used in affirmative sentence,meaning the superposition of degrees,and the postposing adverbs are tightly integrated with the center of the sentential predicate,functioning to emphasize and determining the tone of the whole sentence.The frame adverbs of the Duan dialect are only used in negative sentences,meaning lower degrees rather than the superposition of degrees.Compared with the frame adverb of the southern dialect,the frame adverbs of the Shanxi dialect have relatively prominent typological significance.
