意外与引述:成渝方言"X得很"否定意义与负面立场的浮现

摘要

成渝方言"X得很"可以不表示程度高,而表示主观否定.该用法体现出认识情态的凸显,并伴随着句法语用功能的扩展,包括"X"范围与音节数的扩充、"X得很"的句法属性从谓语变成小句、"X得很"的会话表达从描述变成回应.在互动语言学和浮现理论的视阈下考察成渝方言"X得很"否定意义与负面立场的浮现,发现"意外"导致了"X得很"否定意义的浮现,而其负面立场的浮现则与"引述"有关.

Abstract

Xde(得)hen(很)in Cheng(成)-Yu(渝)dialect can express subjective negation instead of a high degree.This usage reflects the prominence of epistemic modality,accompanied by the expansion of functions,including 1)the expansion of the scope and syllable number of X,2)the change of syntactic property of X de(得)hen(很)from predicate to clause,and 3)the change of conversational expression of X de(得)hen(很)from description to response.Examining the negative meaning and negative position of X de(得)hen(很)from the perspective of interactional linguistics and emergent theory,it is found that the mirativity leads to the emergence of the negative meaning,while the emergence of negative stance is related to quotation.
