法律文本中"行"的语法功能演变研究

摘要
文章认为"行"是古代法律文本中常用的形式动词,并对古代法律文本中"行"的功能做了具体考察,认为其在韵律上可以促发韵律机制形成正式体,句法上可以形成法律文本中的复杂长句,语义上有利于强调法律文本中的处罚行为及表达言者主语的强语势.文章考察了"行"在法律文本中语法功能演变进程,发现语体因素是"行"语法功能演变的重要动因.
Abstract
This paper finds that xing(行)is a commonly used formal verb in ancient legal texts.This paper makes a concrete investigation of the specific functions of xing(行)in ancient legal texts,and finds that it can promote the formation of formal prosodic mechanism of rhythm,and form complex long sen-tences in syntax.It is semantically beneficial to emphasize the punishment be-havior in legal texts and to express the strong mood of the speaker.This paper examines the process of the evolution of grammatical functions of xing(行)in legal texts,and finds that stylistic factor is an important factor in the evolution of grammatical functions of xing(行).
