Dynamic Optimization Design of Miniature High-pressure Air Compressor
With the high-pressure air being extensively used as a new clean power source and cooling source,the miniature high-pressure compressor has become a focus in this field.However,the traditional empirical design method is difficult to obtain the optimal compressor scheme that meets all the design requirements.Based on the traditional thermodynamic design,this paper fully considered the dynamic balance characteristics of the compressor and carried out multi-objective and multi-variable optimization research,with cylinder diameter of each stage as the main design variable and gas force of each stage as the optimization objectives.Through the dynamic optimization design,the gas force of compressor at all levels is more balanced than that of traditional design.The maximum aerodynamic force decreases by 18.4%,the amplitude of resultant force decreases by 56.1%,and the indicating power decreases by 4.2%.
