LRU Class Fault Tree Modeling and Analysis of Aeroengine Lubricating System
Lubricating oil system is one of the key systems of aero engine.Once faults occur,it seriously affects flight safety.Structure of lubricating system is complex.Troubleshooting is difficult and fault obviation is more difficult.Modeling and analysis of LRU level fault tree for lubricating system can provide guidance for quickly locating LRU level fault source.According to the working principle,composition and operation characteristics of the lubricating system,a fault tree model based on LRU level fault is constructed.The minimum cut set of fault tree is solved by the downward method.The occurrence probability of top event fault of lubricating system and the occurrence probability of typical faults such as abnormal oil pressure,oil pollution,large oil consumption and damage of components are calculated based on the expression of disjoint minimum cut set.In the disjoint minimum cut set matrix,it is corresponding to the top event probability.Probability importance and relative probability importance of LRU level fault tree bottom events are analyzed.Through probability importance analysis,the vulnerable parts of aero-engine lubricating oil system are defined,which provides reference for daily maintenance and management.
