Modeling and Synchronization Simulation Analysis of a Certain Aircraft's Water-dropping Actuator
Improving the synchronization of a certain type of aircraft's water-dropping is the key to ensuring the smooth completion of firefighting tasks.The hydraulic component library,logic library,and state chart of the AMESim were used to create a simulation model based on the water-dropping firefighting task flow and the hydraulic principle of the water-dropping actuation system in order to conduct research on the effects of various parameters on the synchronization of the retractable actuator.Second,the functional performance study of the water-dropping actuation system scheme was carried out by continuous water-dropping simulation,confirming that the simulation model satisfies the performance requirements of a certain kind of water-dropping aircraft.The impact of different sensitive factors on the synchronization of the retractable and retractable actuators of the multi-drop cabin door was lastly investigated using the batch processing technique.The simulation findings demonstrate that the synchronization of many cylinders is greatly influenced by the load,pipeline diameter,piston rod diameter of the hatch actuation cylinder,solenoid valve flow rate,and load.
