Optimization Design of the Flexible Constant Pressure Gas Storage Device Based on Dimensionless Idea
Aiming at the complex correlation between the energy storage characteristics of flexible constant-pressure gas storage device and material deformation and structural scale,a dimensionless structural improvement design method is proposed in this paper to describe the pressure and energy change law of gas storage device.Starting from the constitutive model of rubber,the strain energy conversion mechanism is studied by using finite element simulation,and the relationship between structural parameters and energy storage characteristics is analyzed.Build a gas storage device charging and discharging test-bed to verify the energy change law of the gas storage device according to different structural parameters and pressure conditions.The influence of scale variation on energy characteristics is studied by means of simulation and experiment.The research of this paper lays a theoretical foundation for optimizing the structure and application of gas storage device.
