Influence of Operating Parameters on Discharge Performance of Mixed Rotor Pump
The multiphase rotor pump is the key equipment of the gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixing process. The composition the conveying medium is complex and the internal flow mechanism is not clear. Therefore, based on the dynamic mesh technology and Mixture multiphase flow model, the numerical simulation of the mixed rotor pump is carried out,and performance variation law of mixed rotor pump under different working conditions is analyzed. The results show that the proportion of gas phase and solid phase has no obvious effect on the performance of multiphase pump. The rotational speed has a significant effect on the performance of the mixed rotor pump.As rotational speed increases, the volumetric efficiency increases significantly, and the flow pulsation decreases slightly. As the pressure difference increases, the outlet flow rate decreases, the volumetric efficiency decreases significantly, and the flow pulsation increases significantly.Under the interaction of the three working parameters, the performance of the mixed rotor pump fluctuates obviously, and the mixed rotor pump performs poorly under the conditions of low gas content, high sand content, low speed and high pressure difference. The research results provide a valuable reference for the in-depth study and wide application of the mixed rotor pump.
