Modeling of Pipeline Robot Energy Acquisition Module and Simulation Analysis of Geometric Parameters
During the working process of the pipeline robot,the busy time will be limited due to the influence of the length of the cable or the capacity of the battery.To improve the continuous working time of the pipeline robot,an energy acquisition module that can convert the kinetic energy of water into electrical power inside the pipeline is designed.The impeller plays the role of converting hydro-kinetic energy into mechanical energy in the energy extraction module and is the core part of the entire module.In this paper,the impeller with different parameters is modeled,and the CFD simulation analysis of the impeller is carried out.Therefore,the force of the impeller inside the pipeline and the influence of the shape of the impeller and other parameters on the flow field inside the channel can be analyzed.The strength of the impeller can be checked according to the force,and the impeller can be selected according to the change of the flow field inside the pipeline.
