High Precision Control of Height Adjustment System of Closed Pump Controlled Shearer
The vertical control system of the closed type pump shearer eliminates the traditional control valve group,and the energy loss of the system is small.However,due to the leakage of the loop and the dead zone of the pump,the non-linearity of the pump control system is serious and the control accuracy is low,which reduces the operation quality of the shearer raising system.To solve this problem,a variable discourse domain fuzzy adaptive PID is designed to control the closed-loop position of the roller.The results show that compared with the traditional PID control,the proposed control method can significantly improve the positioning ability of the roller,and reduce the error by more than 65%in steady state.At the same time,under the action of random load,the roller has stronger anti-disturbance ability.
