Design and Simulation of Hydraulic Assembly Frame for Small Aero-engine
In order to solve the problem that the present assembly frames for small aero-engine have been facing the disadvantage of single structure and lacking of freedom,a new assembly frame is developed.The improved assembly frame introduces the main fulcrum to support mechanism and the hydraulic system to lift mechanism,and also introduces the load sensitive system to control the hydraulic circuit,so as to ensure that all parts of the engine assembly and testing are located at the optimal working plane.System simulation shows that the new assembly frame has the advantages of reliable installation,simplifying operation and making change smooth,reducing the labor intensity of operator,improving the production efficiency and ensuring the assembling quality of the engine.
