通过将实际发射架的质量特性及液压系统选型进行仿真分析,识别出火箭发射架快速后倒过程中的影响因素,结合火箭起飞时段的漂移和滚转特性,从结构设计、设备布置、油缸铰点布局、后倒拉力控制等方面着手,并结合后倒减速阶段对油缸压杆稳定性的影响等方面进行分析,提出了实现发射架在火箭零秒点火后快速后倒的实施方案,并将分析结果应用于实物的设计中,通过实际应用验证,有效的避开了火箭起飞漂移的干涉,提高了发射的可靠性.
Simulation Analysis of the Fast Reversing Characteristics of a Certain Carrier Rocket Launcher
By simulating and analyzing the quality characteristics and hydraulic system selection of the actual launch pad,the influencing factors in the rapid reversing process of the rocket launch pad are identified.Combining the drift and roll characteristics of the rocket during takeoff,starting from structural design,equipment layout,cylinder hinge point layout,and reversing tension control,and combining the influence of the reversing and deceleration stage on the stability of the cylinder pressure rod,an implementation plan for realizing the rapid reversing of the launch pad after zero-second ignition of the rocket is proposed,and the analysis results are applied to the design of the actual object.Through practical application verification,the interference of rocket takeoff drift is effectively avoided,the reliability of the launch is improved.
