System Design of Calibration Device for Anti-vibration Pressure Gauge
In order to build a calibration environment for simulating the real industrial and mining of anti-vibration pressure gauges,a calibration device was designed and manufactured according to SY/T 6817-2010"Calibration Methods for Anti-Vibration Pressure Gauges".Firstly,an inspection point is determined between 30%and 40%of the range of the meter to be inspected, and the reference pressure of the inspection point is generated by a gas-driven liquid preloading pump. Then, the lever beam luffing mechanism is used to drive the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate to generate sine wave pulsation, and the pulsation range is limited between the reference pressure value and the high pressure value to realize 10%sine wave pulsation amplitude, and the pulsation frequency is(60±5)times/min.Finally,the hydraulic pipeline is led to the comprehensive vibration table and connected to the movable joint of the tested meter, and the hydraulic pulsation and electromagnetic vibration tests are carried out on the tested meter. The design and test results show that the developed calibration system has the advantages of convenient pulse frequency and amplitude setting, stable sine wave pulse waveform output, and the overall control accuracy is better than 0.1%,which meets the requirements of calibration methods. The system is automatically controlled by the industrial computer acquisition card, with high control precision, clear display interface and convenient operation. It is suitable for calibrating anti-vibration pressure gauges in laboratories and verification rooms.
