Analysis of Factors Influencing for Flow Distribution in LUDV Multi-way Valve with Compound Action
Taking a post compensated flow sharing multi-way valve as the research object.Under the condition of unsaturated flow,it analyzes the pressure compensation function of the compensator during compound action,and the characteristic of the compensating pressure varying with load was investigated.By analyzing the influence of the flow area for main spool and the minimum opening of the compensator on the flow of each action,the theoretical calculation formula of variable load compound action flow distribution is proposed,considering the influence of those factors.The multi-way valve compound action experiment is carried out to verify it.The error analysis establishes its certain accuracy,which provides a theoretical basis for the flow distribution design of the multi-way valve in actual application.
