通过开发高效液压阀,降低其进油和回油节流损失,是降低挖掘机燃油消耗的主要手段之一.针对节能目标,以挖掘机液压阀能量损失机理为基础,明确了通过设计新的斗杆阀来降低能量损失的思路,进行基于斗杆独立进油的液压阀的设计,包括独立进油阀的设计和斗杆主阀芯的设计,并针对独立进油阀和斗杆主阀芯再生及回油的控制进行算法开发.将设计的液压主阀在一台21 t挖掘机上进行装机,经电控调试后满足操控性要求,并与另一台相同吨位且配套相同发动机和液压主泵的挖掘机进行了相同工况的平地操作对比验证,结果表明所设计的液压阀节油效果更好.
Excavator Energy-saving Technology Research Based on Arm Independent Meter-in Valve
Developing hi-efficiency hydraulic valve by reducing meter-in and meter-out throttling loss is one of the main methods to reduce excavator fuel consumption.For the energy saving goal,the thought of reducing energy loss by designing a new arm valve is confirmed on the basis of energy loss mechanism of excavator hydraulic valve.And based on this thought,a hydraulic valve with independent arm meter-in solution is designed,including meter-in valve and arm valve spool design,and the control algorithm of them is also developed.The designed hydraulic valve is installed on one 21 t excavator and after commissioning of the electronic control system,the machine can fulfill all the operating performance requirement.Finally,a comparison test is implemented between this machine and another 21 t excavator which using the same diesel engine and hydraulic pumps.The results show that its fuel saving effect is obvious under the same grading conditions.
