Research on Control Strategy of Electro-hydraulic Hybrid City Bus
Aiming at the problems of short battery life and low mileage of city bus,an electro-hydraulic hybrid power system is proposed,and a rule-based control strategy is designed for this system.The relevant parameters of the bus are determined,and the key components of the hybrid power system are selected.AMESim software is used to build the simulation model of the electro-hydraulic hybrid power system and the control strategy simulation model.The results show that the number of times that the battery of the proposed electro-hydraulic hybrid power system provides large current is reduced by 60%,and the mileage is increased by 25%compared with the original system,which verifies the effectiveness of the control strategy.The phenomenon of coupling torque fluctuation during system mode switching is studied.The results show that the fluctuation of coupling torque can be reduced by selecting suitable pump/motor structure parameters,so as to improve the smoothness of vehicle power transmission during mode switching.
