Analysis of Flow Induced Noise Transmission Mechanism in Axial Piston Pump
Under high pressure conditions, axial piston pump is easy to produce large noise, the main component of which is fluid noise.A method of computational acoustics is proposed to simulate the flow induced noise of axial piston pump.Firstly, the generation mechanism and transmission path of fluid noise in piston pump are summarized. Then, the acoustic simulation model of the piston pump is constructed and the numerical simulation is carried out. Finally, the simulation results of noise and vibration of the piston pump are analyzed and verified by experiments. The results show that the fluid noise of the axial piston pump is gradually transmitted from the inside to the outside, and as an exciting source, the vibration of the internal parts and the pump body is triggered, and then the radiation noise is generated. In addition, the error between the simulation results and the test results is less than 6%,and the accuracy of the simulation is high.
