高精密螺杆泵重叠网格涂胶性能分析

涂胶密封工序一直以来都是飞行器装配过程中的重要环节,但目前该工作通常由人工进行,为解决人工涂胶的诸多弊端,对自动化涂胶所使用螺杆泵的涂胶性能进行研究。针对涂胶过程的高精度控制要求,基于运动学特性建立边界条件,使用Fluent软件的重叠网格技术对螺杆泵进行流场仿真以研究转速对泵内流速和出口流量的影响,得到了螺杆转速与管内流速、流量波动的关系,以及最佳转子转速区间为20~80 r/min。通过对比得出,重叠网格相对于传统动网格在仿真的精度和速度都有了很大的提升,并搭建实验平台证实仿真的可靠性,为自动化涂胶密封使用螺杆泵的运行参数提供了理论依据。
High Precision Screw Pump Overset Mesh Gluing Performance Analysis
The sealing process with adhesive coating has always been an important part of aircraft assembly.However,currently,this work is usually performed manually.To address the disadvantages of manual adhesive coating,research has been conducted on the adhesive performance of automated coating using screw pumps.Considering the high precision control requirements of the coating process,boundary conditions are established based on the kinematic characteristics.The overlapping mesh technique of Fluent software is used to simulate the flow field of the screw pump,studying the influence of rotation speed on the internal flow velocity and outlet flow rate of the pump.The relationship between the screw speed and the flow rate and flow fluctuation in the tube is obtained,and the optimal rotor speed range is 20~80 r/min.By comparing with traditional moving mesh,it is concluded that the overlapping mesh technique greatly improves the accuracy and speed of the simulation.An experimental platform is built to verify the authenticity of the simulation,providing a theoretical basis for the operational parameters of screw pumps in automated adhesive sealing in the future.
