Influence of Valve Accumulator Parameters on Pressure Shock of Shifting Hydraulic System
Based on the shifting hydraulic system of a heavy-duty vehicle,a valve accumulator with damping throttling groove is innovatively designed.Through flow field simulation, the pressure cloud image under different piston displacements is analyzed, and the throttling area of damping groove is configured according to the actual working conditions.Through dynamic simulation model of shifting hydraulic system, the influence law of different structural parameters of valve accumulator on dynamic performance of moving parts of valve accumulator is analyzed, and the influence mechanism of structural parameters on pressure change of hydraulic cylinder of actuating clutch is obtained. The results show that the U+K-shaped valve port of the valve accumulator shows a two-stage throttling characteristic, and the throttling area can be changed from large to small.Compared with the spring accumulator with the same structural parameters, the valve accumulator can reduce the inlet pressure impact amplitude of the hydraulic cylinder by 41%.Increasing the width of U-shaped throttling slot can reduce the impact amplitude of pressure at the inlet of clutch hydraulic cylinder. When the length of U-shaped throttling slot is increased, the pressure impact amplitude has no obvious change.Increasing the stiffness of the return spring can reduce the pressure impact of the hydraulic cylinder inlet.
