Optimization Design of Structural Parameters of Two-stage Jet Vacuum Generator
To enhance the vacuum degree and ejection coefficient of a two-stage jet vacuum generator,a simulation model of the two-stage jet vacuum generator with air as the medium was established to obtain relevant performance datas.Based on this,a fitting mathematical model of the influence of parameters of the two-stage jet vacuum generator on its vacuum performance was constructed using the response surface methodology.Subsequently,with vacuum degree and ejection coefficient as optimization objectives,the optimal structural parameter combination of the two-stage jet vacuum generator was determined by solving the fitting mathematical model.The results indicate that the vacuum degree of the optimized two-stage jet vacuum generator increased by 13.9%,and the ejection coefficient increased by 26.3%.
