电液伺服阀压力增益影响因素灵敏度分析

压力增益是电液伺服阀核心性能指标之一,但电液伺服阀存在机电液强耦合性、封闭性和结构参数复杂性,限制了电液伺服阀压力增益的提升,亟需明确压力增益的影响因素及权重大小.故以偏转板射流伺服阀为研究对象,建立伺服阀机、电、液多环节数学模型,得到电液伺服阀整阀的状态空间模型,然后,结合压力增益公式,采用一阶灵敏度分析方法,分析伺服阀结构参数对伺服阀压力增益影响相关性和权重,最后,基于电液伺服阀性能测试实验平台,验证了前置级喷嘴尺寸以及滑阀级遮盖量两个典型结构参数对压力增益的影响.研究成果为电液伺服阀静态性能的提升提供了一定的理论指导.
Sensitivity Analysis of Influencing Factors on Pressure Gain of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve
Pressure gain is one of the core performance indexes of electro-hydraulic servo valve.However,electro-hydraulic servo valve has electromechanical coupling,sealing property and complexity of structural parameters,which limits the improvement of pressure gain of electro-hydraulic servo valve.It is urgent to clarify the influencing factors and weight of pressure gain.Therefore,taking deflector jet servo valve as the research object,a multi-link mathematical model of the servo valve machine,electricity and hydraulic was established,and the whole valve state space model was obtained.Then,the correlation and weight of the influence of the structural parameters of the servo valve on the pressure gain of the servo valve were analyzed by using the first-order sensitivity analysis method combined with the pressure gain formula.Finally,based on the electro-hydraulic servo valve performance test experimental platform.The influence of two typical structural parameters,the size of the pre-stage nozzle and the cover amount of the spool stage,on the pressure gain is verified.The research results provide some theoretical guidance for the improvement of static performance of electro-hydraulic servo valve.
