膜阀微流道液流脉动消减性能

提出一种采用片上膜阀对微流控芯片液体微流道内液流脉动进行主动消减的方法.以阀腔蓄能器和阀腔阻尼孔为研究对象,采用ANSYS Fluent UDF自定义仿真方法,开展膜阀微流道内液流脉动消减特性研究.研究表明:不同结构消减元件消减作用不同,不同膜阀数量的消减效果不同.根据脉动消减元件的工作原理,开展了液流脉动消减试验,试验表明,膜阀对微流道内液流脉动的主动消减方法是有效的,验证了基于膜阀微流道内液流消减元件的合理性、理论模型的正确性和具体应用的可实施性,为微量液流流量精确控制技术提供理论指导和技术支持.
Flow Pulsation Reduction Performance in Microfluidic Channel of Membrane Valve
Propose a method of actively reducing liquid flow pulsation in liquid microchannels of microfluidic chips using on-chip membrane valves.Taking the valve chamber accumulator and valve chamber damping hole as the research objects,the ANSYS Fluent UDF custom simulation method was used to study the reduction performance of liquid flow pulsation in the micro channel of the membrane valve.Results shown that the reduction effect of different structural reduction elements is different,and the reduction effect varies with the number of membrane valves.Based on the working principle of pulsation reduction elements,liquid flow pulsation reduction experiments were carried out.The experiment shows that the active reduction method of liquid flow pulsation in microfluidic channel based on membrane valves is an effective verification of the rationality of the liquid flow reduction element in microfluidic channel based on membrane valves,the correctness of the theoretical model,and the feasibility of specific applications.It provides theoretical guidance and technical support for precise control technology of micro liquid flow rate.
