LUDV多路阀流量控制及微动特性仿真与试验

基于LUDV多路阀原理和结构,运用AMESim仿真软件搭建负载敏感系统仿真模型,对采用LUDV多路阀的液压系统流量精确控制及微动特性性能进行分析,并选用国产负载敏感多路阀,搭建变量泵负载敏感液压系统.通过样机试验,各联仿真与试验结果误差均在5%合理范围内;不同负载工况下,工作油口流量精度基本恒定且都稳定在设定流量10%误差范围内,验证了仿真平台和国产多路阀的可靠性,为此类产品的研发优化和液压系统的性能提升提供理论依据.
Simulation and Test of Flow Control and Micro-motion Characteristics of LUDV Multi-way Valve
Based on the principle and structure of the LUDV multi-way valve,AMESim simulation software was used to build a load-sensitive system simulation model.The precise flow control and micro-motion characteristics of the hydraulic system using the LUDV multi-way valve were analysed.A variable pump load-sensitive hydraulic system was built using a domestic load-sensitive multi-way valve.Through prototype testing,the relative error between numerical and experimental results is within a reasonable range of 5%.The flow accuracy of the working port is stable within the error range of 10%of the set flow under different load conditions.Therefore,the correctness of the simulation platform and the reliability of domestic multi-way valves were verified,which provide a theoretical basis for the research,development and optimization of hydraulic products and the performance improvement of hydraulic systems.
