Optimization Design of Ejector Based on CFD and Response Surface Methodology
In response to the problems of low optimization accuracy and neglect of multi structure coupling in the optimization research of PEMFC injector,CFD and response surface methodology was used to optimize the structural parameters of the injector.Through single factor simulation experiments,the influence of various structures on the injection ratio is studied,and on this basis,orthogonal experiments are designed to construct response surface analysis for the interaction of multiple structural parameters.The research results indicate that the coupling effect between nozzle distance and equal pressure mixing chamber diameter has the most significant impact on the injection performance.After optimization using response surface methodology,the maximum injection ratio of the injector reached 3.62,which was 25.69%higher than the single factor optimization result,and the prediction model error was only 4.93%.
