面向无人扫路机的高速开关阀噪声演变规律及影响因素研究

面向无人扫路机的高速开关阀,在不同的驱动参数下,噪声呈现显著的差异.为了揭示驱动参数对高速开关阀噪声的影响机理,首先分析了高速开关阀的驱动参数与噪声特性的关系,建立了电-磁-流-固耦合的动力学模型,明确了驱动参数通过影响运动部件的受力及碰撞瞬间的速度来影响高速开关阀的噪声.其次,在液压半消声室搭建了高速开关阀噪声测量实验台,通过实验和仿真相结合的方法研究了不同驱动频率下的噪声演变规律,验证了驱动参数影响高速开关阀噪声机理分析的有效性.最后,研究了不同驱动电压和不同占空比对高速开关阀噪声源的影响,发现在相同占空比下,随着驱动频率的增大,噪声逐渐减小,在相同驱动频率下,随着占空比的增大,噪声逐渐增大.
Research on Noise Evolution Law and Influencing Factors of High-speed On/Off Valve for Unmanned Road Sweepers
The high-speed on/off valve for unmanned road sweepers exhibits significant differences in noise under different driving parameters.In order to reveal the mechanism of the influence of driving parameters on the noise of high-speed on/off valve,the relationship between the driving parameters and noise characteristics of high-speed on/of valve is first analyzed,and an electric-magnetic-fluid-structure coupling dynamic model is established.It is clarified that the driving parameters affect the noise of high-speed on/off valve by affecting the force on moving parts and the speed at the moment of collision.Secondly,a noise measurement experimental platform is built in a hydraulic semi anechoic chamber,and the noise evolution law at different driving frequencies is studied through a combination of experiments and simulations.The effectiveness of the analysis of the mechanism of the influence of driving parameters on the noise of high-speed on/off valve is verified.Finally,the influence of different driving voltages and different duty cycles on the noise sources of high-speed on/off valve has been studied.It has been found that under the same duty cycle,the noise gradually decreases with the increase of driving frequency.At the same driving frequency,the noise gradually increases with the increase of duty cycle.
