Performance Analysis of Electronic Control Load-sensing System of Mountain Agricultural Machinery Walking Device
Aimed at the slow response speed and low accuracy of the current hydraulic oil pressure feedback load sensitive system,as well as the adaptability problems of mountain agricultural machinery during mountain operations,a set of electric control load-sensing mountain agricultural machinery walking device hydraulic system has been designed.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the designed system,a simulation model was built using AMESim to study its working characteristics under operating conditions such as starting,uniform speed,stopping,climbing,turning,and flow saturation.Through simulation the designed electric control load-sensing mountain agricultural machinery walking device system can achieve specified actions according to various working conditions,and the hydraulic motor speed in the system is only related to the opening of the corresponding multi-way valve,independent of external loads.The system runs stably and has strong operability.When the system experiences a flow saturation condition,the pump output flow will be proportionally distributed based on the valve opening of the corresponding multi-way valve of the hydraulic motor,so that each mechanism can work independently without interfering with each other.It can be concluded that the designed electronic control load-sensing system can meet various working requirements of the walking device of mountain agricultural machinery.
