Analysis of Flow and Sediment Effects of Rectangular Chamber Hydrostatic Turntable Based on Multiple Relaxation Time Lattice Boltzmann Method
Aimed at the hydrostatic turntable with rectangular chamber,the multiple relaxation time lattice Boltzmann method is used to analyze the flow of hydraulic oil in a hydrostatic turntable.The effects of the inlet position,sediment position,and sediment size on the flow and velocity distribution of hydraulic oil are discussed.The results show that the deviation of the inlet position from the center position will cause significant velocity fluctuations,while sediment formed by impurities or oxides will interfere with the normal flow of hydraulic oil.When sediment appeared in the middle position between the center and the edge,it will significantly impact the formation of the main vortex and velocity distribution.The size of the sediment the normal flow of hydraulic oil.When it increases to a certain extent,the flow on the left side is severely weakened,and the oil flow is mainly concentrated on the right side of the sediment.The appearance of sediment indirectly causes a sudden change in the chamber size,further causing fluctuations in velocity.Although the above three parameters still affect the trend of changes in bearing capacity,the difference in pressure distribution is relatively small.
