船舶舵机电液负载模拟液压系统建模与分析

针对多余力影响电液负载模拟装置精度和动态特性的问题,搭建电液负载模拟液压系统,并基于电液伺服阀和液压缸的数学模型,构建电液负载模拟装置的阀控液压缸位置伺服系统及力伺服系统的数学模型.采用AMESim软件对电液负载模拟液压系统加载缸的位移及加载力进行建模分析,分析结果表明力超调量过大,由此,提出采用加装先导式比例减压阀来减小外部负载冲击引起的多余力.通过仿真和试验表明,加装先导式比例减压阀可抑制系统压力冲击,有效降低系统多余力.可为电液负载模拟装置多余力的抑制提供理论指导.
Modeling and Analysis of Electro-hydraulic Load Simulation Hydraulic System for Ship Steering Gear
In order to solve the problem that surplus force affects the accuracy and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic load simulation device,an electro-hydraulic load simulation hydraulic system is built.The mathematical model of the valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder position servo system and force servo system of the electro-hydraulic load simulation device is constructed based on the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic servo valve and hydraulic cylinder.AMESim software is used to analyze the displacement and loading force of the loading cylinder of the electro-hydraulic load simulation hydraulic system,and the analysis results show that the overshoot of force is large.Therefore,a pilot type proportional pressure reducing valve is proposed to reduce the surplus force caused by external load impact.The simulation and experimental results show that system pressure shock can be suppressed by the pilot operated proportional reducing valve,and the installation of pilot operated proportional pressure reducing valve can effectively reduce the surplus force of the system.The results in can provide a theoretical basis for the suppression of surplus force in electro-hydraulic load simulation device.
