管办分开之后，卫生行政部门负责管行业，医院管理部门负责办医院。北京市作为全国首家成立省级医院管理行政机构的城市，在这方面做了一些思考和探索。
Abstract
After the separation of management from operation, health administrative departments are in charge of management, and hospital administrations are responsible for operation. Beijing as the first city to establish provincial administration of hospital in China, should think about and explore these matters of administration.
