摘要
为进一步加快推进基层医疗卫生机构综合服务能力建设，落实分级诊疗工作，平谷区卫生计生委坚持“以政府为主导、以区域医疗中心为核心、以二级医院为辅助、以社区卫生服务中心为基础、以多家三甲医院为支撑、以医疗信息化为载体、以有序医疗政策为保障、以各级医院学科为纽带”的工作方针，建成平谷区域统一学科医疗联合体[1]。
Abstract
In order to promote the comprehensive service of grassroots medical and health institutions, and implement the grading clinics, Pinggu District Commission of Health and Family Planning adheres to the guiding principle,“government-led, regional medicine as a core, secondary hospital as an aid, community health service center as a basis, multiple top hospitals as supports, medical information as a carrier, the policy of orderly health care as a guarantee, and the discipline of all levels of hospitals as a link”, to build a regional medical joint system with uniifed disciplines in Pinggu District.
