摘要
派遣员工是医院员工队伍中的新增群体，随着派遣员工党员逐年增加，对派遣员工党员教育管理工作也带来了诸多新的思想问题。本文就派遣员工的特点、派遣员工党员存在的问题、原因分析、教育管理对策等方面进行阐述，从医院派遣员工党员教育管理的现状出发，分析存在的问题及原因，研究和探讨医院对派遣员工党员教育管理的措施和方法，为医院如何做好派遣员工党员教育管理工作提供了参考。本文也是对新形势下党建工作中一些难点问题的初步探讨。
Abstract
Dispatched staff is a new group in a hospital. With the increasing number of dispatched staff every year, the education and management of Party members in them encountered some new ideological problems. This article elaborates the characteristics of dispatched employees, issues of Party members in them, and causes and measurements. Based on the situation of education and management of Party members in dispatched employees, this article analyzes the existing issues and causes, explores and discusses the measurements and approaches to educate and manage the Party members dispatched, to offer the reference for hospital administration. This is a pilot discussion about some difficulties in Party building under the new situation.
