摘要
医疗质量管理是医院管理的重要组成部分，其直接关系到患者的身体健康和生民安全，是人们关注的重点问题。所以，加强对医疗质量管理的重视，建立科学有效的质量管理体系，对于促进医院的持续健康发展有着重要作用。本文就在从医疗质量管理的制度、流程、质量关键点控制以及评价等方面进行实践探索，以有效提高医疗质量管理的水平。
Abstract
Medical quality management is an important part of hospital management, directly related to the patient's health and life, and attaches the attention of public. Therefore, to focus on the medical quality management and to build scientific and effective system of quality management play an important role in promoting hospital sustainable development. This article explore some practical issues of regulation, process, key point of control and evaluation of medical quality management, to really advance the level of medical quality management.
