摘要
公立医院诊疗人次与实际住院日数比例失调，门诊病人减少，住院病人增多，带来医药费的提升。无论是对患者本人，还是医疗保险机构以及医院都会产生不可估量的后果。应采取积极和有效措施，扭转不协调的局面。
Abstract
Public hospital visits and the actual length of hospitalization are imbalance, decrease in the number of outpatients, but increase in the number of inpatients, that caused the growth of medical expenses.Patients, medical insurance institutions or hospitals would encounter immeasurableharms. Therefore, positive and effective measures should be taken to turn the imbalance situation.
