Effects of Different Nutrition Level of Diets on Pork Physicochemical Index of Large White×Shaziling Pig
For study the effects of different nutrition levels of diets on pork physicochemical indexs of Large white×Shaziling pig, sixty Large white×Shaziling pigs with body weight of about 25 kg were randomly divided into three experimental groups, with two reputations in each group and 10 pigs (fed in the same coop) in each reputa-tion,and fed with high, medium, and low nutrition levels of diets respectively for 122 days.Then,4 pigs in each group was slaughtered for determining pork physicochemical indexs. The results showed that intramuscular fat content of low and medium nutrition levels were higher than high nutrition level with 1.08 and 0.74 percent,re-spectivly (P<0.05).Stearic acid content of high and medium nutrition levels were higher than low nutrition level with 2.80 and 2.38 percent,respectivly(P<0.05).The content of Lauric acid and myristic acid of high nutrition level were respectivly higher than low and medium nutrition levels with 0.69 and 0.75 percent,0.05 and 0.04 percent (P<0.05).Saturated fatty acid content of high and medium nutrition levels were higher than low nutrition level with 3.66 and 2.75 percent,respectivly(P<0.05).But there were no differences between each groups, including the con-tent of flavor amino acid, essential amino acid, total amino acid, crude protein, crude ash, mineral elements and water content. As and F were not checked in three groups,as well as the content of Pb is limited in the safe dose.
