In recent years,China has continuously introduced relevant policies to promote the high-quality de-velopment of animal husbandry,so as to accelerate the upgrading of animal husbandry.Animal welfare,as an im-portant field to ensure the quality level of breeding industry,has been valued by the government,breeding enter-prises and farmers.Farmers as the first workshop of production,is the key link to improve the quality of livestock products.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the willingness and influencing factors of animal welfare to promote the high-quality development of animal husbandry.Based on the research data of pig farms in Liaoning Province,based on the theory of planning behavior,this paper analyzes the influencing factors affecting the will-ingness of animal welfare.
