摘要

社区作为城市人口生活和工作的基本单元,是人口活动及其碳排放的重要场所.加快构建低碳社区是践行低碳理念、构建低碳生活、实现人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化的关键载体.当前,中国低碳社区建设任重道远,存在规划设计不合理、传统能源占比高、垃圾分类不到位、生态建设严重滞后等诸多难题.致力于实现人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化宏伟蓝图,推动低碳社区建设应以低碳发展为理念,加强低碳战略规划;以低碳技术创新为引擎,构建低碳能源结构;以强化垃圾分类与智能设施建设为抓手,推动低碳环境建设;以低碳建筑与园林绿化建设为保障,打造低碳的美丽社区空间.

Abstract

As the basic unit of the life of urban population,communities are important places of activities and carbon emissions.Low-carbon communities are the key carrier of Chinese path to modernization in implementing the low-carbon concept,realizing a low-carbon life,and accom-plishing the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.The construction of low-carbon communities in China still has a long way to go with such problems as unreasonable planning,high proportion of traditional energy,inadequate garbage classification,and sluggish ecological construction.To promote the construction of low-carbon communities,we should take low-car-bon development as the concept and strengthen low-carbon strategic planning,employ low-carbon technology to build a low-carbon energy structure,promote the construction of a low-carbon en-vironment starting with garbage classification and intelligent facility construction,and create a beautiful low-carbon community space with low-carbon architecture and landscape construction.
