Production,Control, and Rhetoric of Virtual Space Seen from Device Operation
The development of digital technology has created a form of spatial creation in which technological devices and human practices operate together, driving virtual space to become an important field for human cultural operation and stimulating the emergence of new problems in spatial production.Starting from Lefebvre's theory of"spatial uniformity"and following the a-nalysis of"subject object intermediary",technological devices are believed to achieve the produc-tion and reproduction of virtual space through intermediary, operation, and control, highlighting spatial, cultural, and rhetorical significance.Among them, the practice of device mediation drives the production of new forms of space, achieving the creation of spatial forms and the re-newal of cultural production entities. The operation of the device enables digital manipulation and shaping of the human body, integrating human senses, knowledge, and emotions into virtual space. The device control achieves rhetorical persuasion and unfolds the methods and rules for or-ganizing the symbolic world through schematic argumentation, symbolic communication, and e-motional mobilization, providing us with methods and imagination to build a new form of digital civilization for human survival.
