Xi Jinping inherits and develops the labor thoughts of Marx and Engels and the labor views of the leading collectives of the CPC in all generations,and creatively puts forward the la-bor views of the new era based on the excellent labor culture of China and combining the topics of the times and his own experiences.Xi Jinping's labor concept can be summarized into four as-pects:the labor value theory from a historical perspective,the labor education theory guided by the historical initiative spirit,the labor relations theory adhering to the principle of putting the people first,and the labor spirit theory of upholding integrity and innovation,which have pro-found contemporary connotations.The theory of labor value explains the driving role of labor in the development of human society,the theory of labor education affirms the educational value of labor,the theory of labor relations reveals the importance of the status of workers and labor secu-rity,and the theory of labor spirit highlights the will and quality of workers in the new era.In the new era,workers should grasp the trend of the times,continue to shoulder the mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,uphold and develop the spirit of model workers,labor spirit,and craftsmanship.At the same time,families,schools,and society should jointly con-struct an integrated labor education system.The state and government should continue to im-prove the labor relations protection system in order to implement Xi Jinping's labor concept.
